An earlier post said it all. Dalcor is running this place into the ground. How about those bomb crater chugholes in the parking lot' I know the maintenance guy would love to get this place fixed, but can't. Looks like the higher ups are padding their pockets with this complex. I really feel sorry for the girls in the office. They have to be the buffer between the residents and Dalcor. I've got the same leaks everyone else has, the same smelly millipedes, spiders, mold, and concerns with a pervasive "bad element" that rolls through here late at night. My vehicle has been banged into contantly. But, my view has been the only thing to keep me here. Plus, the rent has dropped 100 bucks since I moved in. If you are interested, I'd suggest waiting until the place finally gets sold and some improvements are made.
