I can not express how unethical, greedy and inhumane this management company is. They have allowed this property to go with out ANY hot water for up to three weeks at a time. They left a brand new leasing agent in the office the entire time the manager was on maternity leave then they fired them both just 6 weeks after the manager returned from leave (one week before Christmas). The property is old, and falling apart, they have no problem leaving the residents in horrible living conditions for extended periods of time and have no interest in making people happy. They don't seem to care about getting city fines. I would not wish this property on my worst enemy. I think they are trying to sell it so someone else will inherit the problems.
