They are fixing many of the issues that they had with the exterior corrosion etc. and I heard they are fixing the interior as well. This is good but they are also raising the rent before the job is done. I still have water stains on the ceiling and walls, roaches, etc. and on top of it all, they are taking away our porches! Now, not only are they raising the rent prior to completion of the project but they are also taking the one thing I liked so much about where I live. Not recommended! You can get much, much more for your money elsewhere! Trust me! I have been a resident for years and I am finally looking elsewhere.

First off, they do not have 3 bedroom apartments at this property. Secondly, neither of their two bedroom floor plans are 800 sq ft. I suggest that before you complain about something, make sure that you know your facts!
