Easter and no hot water

The staff is somewhat fine. Hot water is always going out around here. Sometimes for the whole day. I understand repairs need to be done, but this is a joke. It has been on and off now for 5 months. Also, I make my complains to the office and maybe 50% of the time they get fixed.
