Let me warn you. THere are no better then DELCORE. They are now charging for Trash $5. and Pest Control $1. Rent has also gone up. If you plan on being here between 8 and 5 pm. (maybe studing). There is a heck of a lot of noise. They are rebuilting the building here. Also, the water problem is not fixed. I had my water off 10 - 6 every day last week

Yeah, they're starting to charge for petty stuff. I guess they don't want to put it into the rent because then prospective renters won't sign up, so they advertise low rents until you find out that, unlike just about every other complex in Austin, you will pay for trash, water, pest control...probably soon lawncare, mailbox upkeep, pool dechlorinization, etc... And they're horrible about sending out water bills. I understand they're going to charge, but put it in the rent so it's upfront and so we don't get 15 bills a month, when they bother to send them.
They weren't certain who was paying for the covered parking and who wasn't, so they stuck up these notices threatening everyone under the covered spaces with towing within 48 hours unless they went into the office. As someone who pays for my spot, I don't need that threat. I'm not mooching. If I had been out of state, which I am a couple of times a year, and came back and my car had been towed, I would have been beyond pissed.
