Today, I was woken up without notice, that they were painting our building. Never did we recieve a notice on our door that they are painting! Thats just going to show how shady these people are.

WARNING! DON'T RENT FROM THESE SUCKERS! (WE ARE THE SUCKERS, FOR MOVING INTO THIS PLACE)

Crawl before you get up running! The Management Team is picking up the pieces Dalcor left behind. Management has taken a big step in getting The Pointe at Wood Hollow up to what it should be. They are planning for the Pointe to be a Community and no longer what Dalcor called a complex! The Pointe Maintenance Team is upgrading every apartment with new appliances, carpet, plumbing and light fixtures! Stick around, change is an opportunity for growth!
