They act like there will do anything for you, tell you sign your lease. After that they know that they have you just where they want. Water is a major issue at this place. Its OFF every other day. Also , they never send your water bill out. Just a notice on your door that it is late. Beware: Don't move in here! There is much better in the area's around here.
Also when you move out, you have to give a 60 day notice. Is that wierd or what. It should be 30 day notice...
Office staff are con artists!

Crawl before you get up running! The management has taken a big step in getting The Pointe at Wood Hollow up to what it should be. They are planning for the Pointe to be a Community and no longer what Dalcor called a complex!
