Ok, so everything I've read on this website about this property is completely true. Unfortunately for me, I've been a long time resident, although, I'm out of here as soon as my lease is up. I dealt with Dalcor, the previous management company, for a few years. I was excited when Westdale took over. Then I realized that they are complete nazis. They want to charge for everything they possibly can, and that includes a water bill with revolving prices. I guess they can't make up their minds just how bad they want to screw us on that one. On top of that, we've got a front office staff with a terrible attitude. I went in there the other day and the office manager, Jean is her name I think, acted like I was insignificant and not even worth her time. It was as though it was a burden for her to do her job. There's really only one in te office who actually tries, although forced, to help out. Even still, I don't feel as though we as residents should have to deal with such disrespect.

Prices are high, quality is low. One thing I can say I've noticed is the reduction of bugs. Other than that, they've managed to do nothing but alienate the very source of their paychecks.

The maintenance staff works very hard. The lead maintenance guy is the only staff member who deserves praise.

Keep on looking. Don't live here. Believe me, the rating's not a 19% for nothing.

Exactly. You're told your water bill will be a set amount, then they start charging you more and more. They charge for things not in the lease. They lie and tell you you must give them 60 days, even when the lease you signed says 30. Westdale is DISHONEST.

Crawl before you get up running! The Management Team is picking up the pieces Dalcor left behind. Management has taken a big step in getting The Pointe at Wood Hollow up to what it should be. They are planning for the Pointe to be a Community and no longer what Dalcor called a complex! The Pointe Maintenance Team is upgrading every apartment with new appliances, carpet, plumbing and light fixtures! Stick around, change is an opportunity for growth!
