I am sorry you have had a bad experience in the office, but I would appreciate it if you would refrain from calling us "nazis". I personally find that extremely offensive due to the history of what the "nazis" stood for.

I am more than happy to address the issues you are having; and that also goes for anyone who is having a problem at the complex. We really do try hard to make the complex a great place for you to live! I hope you know that I myself and my coworkers value you a great deal. I don't even know who wrote this, but I always try to go above and beyond for my residents and I will do the same for you. I hope you feel comfortable enough to contact me so we may resolve anything you are not happy about.

If the previous poster was talking about the woman with brown hair that was long and then cut shoulder length, I agree 100% with that poster (although "----" is extreme). I heard her b*tching about the residents who complained when Westdale ILLEGALLY tried to charge them for trash, and ILLEGALLY told people who had to give only 30 days notice that they had to give 60. LEASES DON'T MATTER TO WESTDALE. And you have no right trying to up the rankings of the complex by posting like this. We also all know that some of the Westdale staff goes around writing fake reviews. You are only harming your honest employees.

That is not at all what I was trying to do. I just wanted to have the chance to make something right since our residents have not been happy. We really do want to make everyone's experience here a good one, it's just hard since most people don't want to discuss it with us and then we have to read about it on here after it's probably too late.

Crawl before you get up running! The Management Team is picking up the pieces Dalcor left behind. Management has taken a big step in getting The Pointe at Wood Hollow up to what it should be. They are planning for the Pointe to be a Community and no longer what Dalcor called a complex! The Pointe Maintenance Team is upgrading every apartment with new appliances, carpet, plumbing and light fixtures! Stick around, change is an opportunity for growth!

Please refer to my response to the more recent staff post for detail. As far as the ---- comment is concerned, that term is generally too extreme to apply to anyone. It definitely does not apply to anyone not guilty of mass murder. However, you, Loren, and other management at the Pointe knowlingly trample on the legal rights of the residents with as much gusto and lack of human concern as the nazis did. In that limited scope, the analogy is apt. When I moved out a few months ago, some new people had been hired in the office. As far as those people are concerned, they actually spoke to me like human beings and seemed rational. I cannot speak to how they may act now, assuming they are still there.
