Just recieve a letter yesterday saying that when lease is up,and you sign a new lease. They are going to start pro rating you for GAS charges. What the hell is this' They are going to charge you to heat the water up' They also are changing the trash bill to 4 dollars and pest control 2 dollars.
I can see it now! Within a year they will charge you 2 dollars to park your car, and in the summer there going to put a booth at all pool enterence charging you 5 dollars to get into the pool. These people are trying to make a profit wereever they can..

Now the office staff are full of s**t. They don't care! Once you sign your leese its over. I have talked to many of the residents about why they don't resign there lease. It has to do with the misstakes on there charges. Getting late notices for a water bill that is never sent out.

If you are thinking about renting here, DON'T! The rent is a little cheaper then other places, but they charge you this on top of it:

$5 trash
$2 Pest control - that never comes around.
$' Gas - that hey want to charge
$40-50 dollars for water

Future charges
$5 a month for parking your own car
$5 all summer to go swimming in the pools

Big Bonus:
$1 for every repair request that you submit.

Your spelling reveals your ignorance. No one is charging parking fees or entry fees to the pool.

teacher06, Can you not read? Read his/her post again--"future charges". And given the charges Westdale has instituted, it is entirely possible they will start charging for this, which was this poster's point. They already charge for PEST CONTROL, plus water, plus gas, plus trash. Everything they can get their hands on, legally or illegally.

Crawl before you get up running! The management has taken a big step in getting The Pointe at Wood Hollow up to what it should be. They are planning for the Pointe to be a Community and no longer what Dalcor called a complex! Parking is FREE, unless you lease a carport, Pool priveledges are FREE for you and your guests and Maintenance is absolutely FREE!

Crawl before you can run, YES, run far away from this place. Explain the gas bill. Westdale doesn't want to pay for the heating of the water, so the residents now have to pay for it. Office staff are con artists!
