I HATE THIS PLACE!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My roomie and I moved in in January and at first things were ok. Did not have a lot of issues but my bathroom. For some reason it leaked into the bathroom below and they have come in and think they fix the problem. THEN our sliding door had broken and during the hottest months the door had a crack in it so air would leak out! Told the people in the office and they wrote it up but nothing was done until they came to fix my leaky tub for the 2nd time! THEN the third time found out my tile in my tub needs to be removed and replaced and we need to vacate the apartment for a day. Arranged to have it done in the span of one week but then they never came. I could not use my shower so I had to use my roomies. And it is now 10am and they are supposed to be here to fix the tub at 9:30...um...I wonder! OH and the Bomb Squad day, I was here and had just arrived home! My neighbor has kids and he was trying to find out if he needed to remove the kids or not. They are babies. I can not wait till we move out
