I absolutely hate this apartment.

With the exception of the cool maintenance guy (he's really friendly, and really really nice - and seemingly good at his job), the staff is pretty hard to deal with. Every time I go in to complain/pay rent/whatever, the same person is killing time on myspace (I understand on the job boredom, but that's flat out unprofessional). When I signed the lease and paid my desposit, I was promised new appliances. When I moved in, everything was old (like, in excess of twenty years - and the refrigerator door had no shelves) and the same people who promised new appliances told me that they had no idea what I was talking about (same myspace person). That's fraud, technically. The applianes arrived three weeks later.

I can hear just about everything that goes on upstairs, but not so much next door; I guess it sort of kind of breaks even there.

But the WORST part about this place is the ants. The pest people have come five times in less than four months, and my kitchen and washroom are still disgustingly infested. Now, I'll probably end up with flipper babies, and my apartment is really repulsive.

Don't waste your money - keep looking.
