Yeah, there are problems here, but you can't beat the location. I am close to downtown, close to shopping, close to the heart of Austin without a huge premium. I like the maintenance staff and the office staff. There are a lot of maintenance requests, but they have always taken care of them. I have no problems parking, never see any car break ins, coming from the Riverside area, I am in heaven!
