This place is getting on my nerves!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
No ANY water for 3 days and nights and we are getting a regular note saying that on our door like nothing important is happening! That was in February. Now is April and we have already got used to this notes sometimes twice a week. This apartment complex is so unfriendly, they take advantage of students, make all repairs like there is nobody lives on the property.
I am writing this review today because I am angry. I haven't washed my hands and haven't flash the toilet since 10:30am. Now is 6:00pm and I've just been told that they hope to switch on the water by 9:00pm.
I wish I could brake the contract today and take off.
Friends, don't try the place, just don't come here. I pay more than $900 for 2BR/2B, that isn't even cheap.
