I finally moved out of this horrible place. I am a 20yr old female student and I definitely didn't feel secure here. First of all, the noise is horrible. One night I heard screaming and door slamming so I called the cops. They said other people had already called, and sure enough, two cops showed up a few minutes later. Every time there was heavy rain, there would be water coming into my bedroom through my window. I'm sure if office staff reads this, they will know who I am. I had to call maintenance 3 timesa bout the same thing. They said they fixed it, but if it rained, there was the water dampin my carpet.

When I moved in the apartment was not ready. They had to give me a new fridge (I was without a fridge for a few days), they had to change door knobs and light bulbs, and resurface counters. When I moved out, I left that apartment cleaner than they gave it to me. Yet, they charged me a $55 charge for resurfacing the counters. (Just because there was a bleach stain on the bathroom counter) The paint they used to resurface the counters was so crappy that it stained when I cleaned my bathroom with bleach. Hah! This place is a joke. I'm sure the cockroaches you'll see in your apartment hate it too, they just don't know any better.

If you have time, find something else. There are nicer spots for the same rent.
