BEWARE of agreements, assents, promises etc made then denied. Only trust the written contract which does not accurately reflect the extra charges and misappropriated pet and re-let fees. For example, they charged us future rent for an apt. we wanted to vacate because of security problems; they then "double rent" the same apt. to somebody new. But they call it a re-let fee...perhaps avoiding legal challenges which I am considering pursuing.

I say pursue... they will only keep doing it if the problem is not taken care of. I do not believe this company is aware of what the "Managers" are doing or how incompetent they are! I question the decisions made for this company on a daily basis!
