I thought I was living in a great place for my senior year at UT- boy was I wrong! To start, we were guaranteed to NOT pay water, and ended up being forced to pay $35-40/month ( it is divided amoungst your sqaure footage). Then they towed cars like crazy. Tow trucks sat in the street and towed all visitors in seconds. I t took about 6 months before ely paid attention. Oh yes, Ely Is the worst maintenance company- the owner Michael Ely does not return calls about major problems and their lies. You get the run arround and our realtor did not return my calls ALL YEAR! When stuff broke that they had to fix they tried to charge us. I moved in with a huge hole in my bathtub that leaked water. Oh gosh, I could go on and on. DO not live here. It is so expensive and they cheat you out of everything!!!
