Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Beginning to look very rundown. Needs to be painted very badly as well as a lot of cosmetic fixes. Patios/balconies are cracked. Paint is peeling in spots, doesn't matching other spots and isn't completed in some spots.

Excellent management and matainance.
