I can't imagine living in a more horrible place. They never cleaned anything. More than once I called their supposedly 24 hour emergency maintenance after business hours and never got a call back. Once, I was even left locked out of my apartment (with a load of groceries by the way) ALL NIGHT when my lock broke while I was unlocking the door. The office staff was a nightmare. Everything you try to have fixed they blame on you. My whole experience was a total nightmare.
