Cheap... You get what you pay for

Getting pricier so this won't hold true for much longer...
Cheap apartments with cheap remodeling, cheap landscaping, and cheap everything else. Counters are painted, sinks and tubs are painted and peeling, and the walls are rotted out from water damage. Nice but not helpful staff will kindly tell you they'll get to it, but then the owners won't spend the dough to fix things.
The workout room has been closed for months. Crime has increased lately - several cars broken into in the parking lot overnight. Kids run wild with little or no supervision and the parents don't care - and will tell you to mind your business if you try to keep their 3 year old from going into the pool area by herself.
