Very bad Experience! We never receive our water bill and they keep trying to charge late fees for it. They water the dirt (there is no grass) with the sprinkler system in the middle of winter, even with ice on the ground, running up our water bills. The stove doesn't work. The counters are rotting away. Several cars have been broken into.
Can't ever get a response from the office for voicemail and no one is answering the phones during business hours!
