I have no real problem with the apartments but management has little concern for the tenants. For example, don't be surprised if there is someone from maintenance running a power mower past your bedroom window at 7:30 in the morning. Also, expect dumpsters being emptied in the middle of the night. The management staff also recently posted a notice that they would no longer sign for packages for tenants. Last year my rent decreased a little, but this year they want what amounts to a blank check to cover water/wastewater. They also want 3.00 a month for garbage pick-up. So, if I renew my lease, I'll have to pay for the privilege of being awakened at 3 o'clock in the morning. Also ask the leasing agent about the chemically contaminated land across the street, if that sort of thing disturbs you.
