Submitted countless request for repairs. I would say at least 18 repair request submitted and some for the same repairs. about half of these repairs we had to hound the management to get on the ball. Some repairs went a few weeks before being addressed and that was after we had to go to the office and speak face to face and find out why it took so long. About 3 of these repairs they claimed were not thier responsibility and were not even going to call us to notify us of this situation. After confronting management these items were eventually taken care of.
The stories I could tell about repairs being done half assed and then being told that they were done right or we were doing something wrong are numerous.

My vehicle was broken into. Reported it to the office and was just told to fill out one sheet of paper. No empathy at all.

Over all this complex's structure is old and is showing great signs of falling apart.
Management is not helpfull at all. Seems to be high turnover for front office management people. None of the original office staff is still around.

I would strongly recommend against renting from this complex or managment company.
