This apartment complex has changed management more than I've changed clothes. Maintainance takes WEEKS if you're lucky, MONTHS if you're not. The hot tub has been broken for my entire once year lease, the pool is commonly locked up for "chemical treatment", and best of all the shower heads and faucets all spray ants out. You have to run the shower for 5-10 minutes and then clean your shower just to get in unless you turn on your faucet 2-3 times a day for a week. then the ants will stop for a few days. There's roaches and ants everywhere outside and get in through the pipes too often. the walls are unbareably thin. if your next door neighbor has their tv turned up above a whisper you'll hear it. the wood shelves in my closet are rotting and the mold in the a/c has to be sprayed once every 2 months (or whenever they finally show up). my car has been broken into, things have been stolen off my fenced in patio, and i can hear the guy that lives up stairs taking a piss (along with various other things). DON'T MOVE IN HERE OR YOU'LL REGRET IT BIG TIME.
