Over all this is a decent apartment complex to live in. The units are in fair condition and have not been properly maintained. The tennis court lights don't work, appliances are old, the walls and windows are thin and poorly finished, and the apartments are energy inefficient. The office building was burned down in Ausust. For four months management had us driving to the post office daily to stand in line for an hour to pick up our mail because they were too lazy to arrange temporary mailboxes for the residents. This example of neglect is representative of the general attitude they show their residents. On site laundry facility is crowded and poorly maintained. Overall, living here has not been a terrible experience, The units are bright, sunny, and spacious, but management definitely needs to get their act together. I will not be renewing my lease here.
