Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
First, the rent I paid for an apartment in this complex was WAY too high!
Second, I had to call 911 on my neighbors once!
Third, I echo the numerous reviews already posted regarding the (mis)management of this complex. I thought the previous owners of this complex weren't half bad actually - at least they were nice and filled work requests fairly punctually. Around 2004, this changed. It would take MONTHS and repeated requests to get even the most basic requests filled. The infrastructure says it all - from the broken retainer walls to the grass growing on the hard tennis court to the pool/hot tub - now just imagine the apartments on the INSIDE!
