Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
Management ineffective at controlling noise from residents base stereos until 2:00 am in the morning. 4 calls and no resolution.
Maintenance non-existant - repairs evident in apartment by un-skilled workmen.
Laundrys have partial capacity at any given time and there were ants in the dryer that stayed with my semi-clean clothes when finished,
Residents came in and out at all hours and were inconsiderate of anyone elses privacy.
I couldnt wait to ride out the lease here. Ive stayed in $29. hotels better than this.
