I personally have never had a problem while living at Whisper Hollow. I have read some of the reviews below and I have interacted with a lot of people who have lived there and most of them are happy - and the rest are just pissed off because management will not bend over backwards for them. Simply put - it's business. You signed a contract. Read it. I did. It's the same contract as all the other complexes in Austin.

As far as repairs go - I never had an issue with that either. Sometimes it took a little longer because there were other people who needed work done on their apartments which - I have to say - were more important than the issue I had at the time. And if it wasnt - they were prompt.

I lived there for two years and eventhough it wasnt the nicest apartment I have ever rented it was still liveable. I didnt ever have any real problems with the office staff or the maintenance men. I did however have issues with one neighbor. I understand the manager can not be responsible for peoples actions. I do however find it disturbing when I hear nothing but loud, obnoxious, drunk people either throwing up off their balcony onto my patio or pissing off the balcony cause they cant handle their liquor. That is the reason I did not renew my lease for another year. The management was adequate the apartment decent but the atmosphere horrible. I hope that whoever rents my old apartment has an easier time then I did. Happy living.
