Thing to remember about wherever you live: you make it what it is as much as those around you. Turning an apartment complex into a community does mean reaching out a bit, and at least saying "hello".

I can't believe I'm particularly lucky, but I have great neighbors, a nice, spacious apartment, the rent is pretty good, it has good facilities. We have very friendly, helpful management and really excellent maintenance staff. The lawns are kept looking good, it's recently been painted, too.

What more can you want from a rented apartment'

I always have somewhere to park, I'm near the bus route, pretty near to town. And there's a nice park to walk or run around opposite - with deer!

The place has all the washing facilities you need, tennis courts, nice clean pool, gym, and a nice area where the offices are.

In all the places I've rented this is the best: no it's not a luxury block in the center of town. You want to pay $3000/ month you're welcome to!

Im very happy that you have had such a positive experience living there. It is nice to hear that someone enjoys living there. I have never been happier living 30 miles away from there myself. Maybe there has been some... a lot of improvements since I have left. I hope your experience will continue to be an enjoyable one.
