Cheap, close to UT, responsive managers

I've lived here two years. The apartment complex is kind of old. There's a pretty creek that runs through the place. Although, I had a slight rodent problem (due to the nearby creek), the apartment management was extremely responsive and fixed the problem right away. The apartment is close to UT (about a 15 minute drive) and downtown Austin (5 minutes). Also, by far the cheapest rent that I saw. The apartment is relatively large and the management is very nice.
