Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
If you don't mind the Reiverside/Oltorf area and an apartment that slopes downward then these are a good deal. The noise level from the apartments across the street was more annoying than the noise level in this compex. Maintance didn't always get it done the first time.. in fact we went 2 days in the summer without air conditioning...
