My experience living in this apartment complex for the last two years has been a rocky one. The only reason I would give a decent review, which I'm not, is because this community has a beautiful creek that has multiple bar-b-que areas. However, the maintainance is lazy and the look of the apartments (inside and out) suffer dramatically from it. Furthermore, the price range for these apartments match the nicer apartments in the same proximity, not the apartments in the same league. There are so many other places in the same area with much more reasonable prices accompanied with a larger space.
I have also had plenty of problems dealing with the incompetent management. Let's just say that I had to clean the apartment before I moved into it, which should have been performed by them. I must admit, however, that the stupidest of the stupids no longer works here (imagine that). It was probably her bright idea to raise the price of our laundry machines as they continue to exponentially decrease their efficiency. The dryers rarely dry without spending $2.00.
One last note if you are considering living here: expect to be frozen and scalded within the same minute when you are showering! Also, multiply the time it usually takes you to shower by 2; it comes out drip by drip.
