I have read all of the other comments about this property. I agree with some of them and some I do not agree. I do agree with some of the property being unsafe during the construction that is going on- more be cautious signs should be up, the positioning of boards and nails more attention paid to. But I most definitely disagree with the manager being prejudice, it is too many diverse tenants out here for that and I am Black and have never been disrespected by the management or the maintenance staff because of it. There has been some vandalism and thefts going on, but when I inquired about security, I was told that a security officer had been hired to patrol at night and a security gate has been allotted for in the near future. That is a huge determination in my lease renewal.So, the allegation that the 2 black families that live out here have been asked to move is strictly that; an allegation. I have not been asked to move nor accused of drug dealing. I pay my rent and say hello to my neighbors and look forward to the new renovations and stuff to do upon completion. A content resident

The new managment and renovations that are going on here add a great amount of appeal to the community
