Ok I live in this complex for two years and it was horrible. After first moving in here, not even two weeks after, my vehicles were broken into. the office management lied to me about having an on site security guard so when that happened. When I confronted management about it and asked to review the surveylance tapes of my car getting broken into, they admitted that they had no security. At that time I threw a major fit and they actually waived one months rent. Well new management took over and they are HORRIBLE!!!! They are rude..they dont care if something breaks in your apartment. The maintenance men are perverted and try to find reason to come to your apartment just to hit on you. Having a 50 year old man constantly stopping by your apartment making sexual advances towards you is not what I see as professional. It took the complex 2 weeks to fix a non working refridgerator and AC unit. Thats after complaining for a month before hand and them saying they fixed it. They finally replaced both with brand new units. Also, for an extended amount of time, we did not have numbers on our doors. We had some bad stuff happen where neighbors along with myself had to contact the police because of a disturbance outside and the police didnt know where to go because of the no numbers. My apartment was even broken into by some drunk man outside. The neighbors were unrully and the management didnt do anything about it. And when make-shift signs with our apartment numbers were put on, the management had a fit and literally screamed at me. How professional is that' The construction process is horrible. I was always finding nails in my tires because the construction crews would never clean up their messes. Parking is horrible at night. only the five year resident spots are open, but honestly, who would want to live there five years. I honestly urge anyone to not live there. It may seem like a good deal, but the staff, lack of willingness to assist and all of the other factors are not worth it at all!! Oh and did I mention, they have a problem with HUGE and i do mean HUGE roaches getting into the cracks under the doors or windows. In one weeks time I found at least 20 that have crawled in from some crack or another. Its just not worth living there!!!
