I've been here for about a year and a half. We're on our third managment change. We've had our rent check lost once. This month, the lady in the office wouldn't take it from us because she was too busy to remember where she'd be likely to put it. It took three trips to the office for her to finally accept it. Everyone in the office is bitchy. The pool water is always cloudy. If you need something fixed, it won't happen, unless you use the words fire hazard in your description of what is wrong. They told us the only way to fix our dishwasher is to not run our kitchen sink at all while the dishwasher runs. When our garbage disposal broke, the office asked, "Did you put anything in it'" The washers and dryers never work. Every new company says they will make it better but they just spend money on stupid stuff. They've repaved the parking lot, put in new concrete stones by the office (which is already cracking) and put up a gate that doesn't friggin close in any manner. Each entrance is unprotected. Our drywall is so old, it won't hold up our pictures. Oh and the entire place is crooked, like the foundation was laid wrong.
