The new management that came along in July is awful. I've only been living there for 5 months and they have lost two of my rent checks!!! They came into my apartment (without knocking first) and said my rent was unpaid. I had paid every month on time, in full. I had to go through the hassle of callng my bank, getting a letter from my bank, etc. The lady in the office argued with me and yelled at me, saying I need to pay up. Once I got the letter from the bank, she blamed another person. She said that they misplaced it. How could you misplace a check' Don't they file these things''' It has been horrible and I can't wait for my lease to end. AND our apartment is crooked- the door does not shut all the way.
