NOOOOOO!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This place sucks. I lived here last year and dealt with water pressure going out, slow maintenance, etc. (all pretty normal Riverside apartment problems)and by the last few months the lights in our bathroom, kitchen, and hall went out completely. The management responded to my questions about the breaker box by telling me that we were responsible for replacing our own lightbulbs. Yeeeeaaaaah, we tried that, thanks... They never made any attempt to fix the problem so we used lamps for the last couple months. AND here's the kicker. 11 months after we had moved out we were given notice that we owe $2000 because we failed to turn in a move-out notice, which of course is not true. I figure they lost it as they lost our rent checks a few times too. I also got my car towed out of the handicap spot with the removable handicap sign. This place is ------- ridiculous. Say NOOOOOO!!!!
