my mother started living here when it was still the hills of chevy chase. with each passing "management company" that has taken over, the standard service one should receive for paying your rent on time has never been met. eventually, i had to move in with my mom cause of her failing health. i soon found out why!! she had a leak in her tub since JULY 2007 and it wasn't fixed until April 2008. the mold has accumulated inside the walls. we were unable to move out quickly. i would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. although they did some major face lifts to the OUTSIDE of the buildings to make the place look livable, they neglected to finish the insides. all the "upgrades" were done half par. all the cabinet doors are on backwards and were coming down after 3 weeks. when they replaced the sliding glass door, it was put in backwards and still was not leveled correctly by the time we left. the only good manager this place had was gloria. alma was the worst manager i had ever seen. no matter how many times we asked them to fix my mom's tub, i kept getting the runaround. i had to take my mom to a friend's just so she could bath. a 70 year disabled person should not have had to endure that. and all cause she paid her rent on time... ALL THE TIME!!!!
