Worst Management in all of austin

The management at this place continues to deteriorate at an alarming rate. Of specifically horrible regard is the one main manager they have on hand - holdover, Irene Garza. This woman called the police department simply because I demanded a receipt for my rent check. A rent check she was threatening to mail back to me because I didn't pay a small late fee of $50 from two months prior. Then she threatened me with eviction, then she called the cops on me.
Basically - I got the cops called on me because I was attempting to pay rent on time. Of course the cops didn't do anything or couldn't do anything. She had no legal right to demand I pay late fees before my rent or threaten me with eviction. This woman is vindictive and unprofessional to say the least. I've lived at this place since 2006 and the management for the most part has been a constant nag (I avoided them like a plague except for paying rent and the constant maintenance issues I had). They fired the one decent Manager they had and replaced her with a Hag.
This place is in the process of going through it's third management in little over a year (beginning March 1st, 2009 - changing management and going further down the pits of hell.) It's an older complex and maintenance issues (busted shower, leakage, old AC units) are a constant nag.
If you are unfortunate enough to think this is a good place to live please ask any current or former tenant about the horrible management!
I have no intention of resigning my lease considering I can no longer avoid dealing with management.
Find yourself a complex with management who won't misinform you, break deals and waste your time.
