I had two apartment in one year while living at Wildcreek. The first apartment had water damage from a water heater bursting upstairs, which wasn't discovered until I returned from Christmas vacation. The damage was bad enough that I had to be moved to another apartment.

The second apartment was just about as bad having sewage overflow from the kitched sink because the management failed to have someone come to look at it for days.

Needless to say I left soon after the sewage problem.
