I lived at Wildcreek Apartments for approximately 5 years. During the time that I was there the person living below me had his the windows shot out of his car at 4am, there was constant noise from the people next door, the neighbors (who I later found out had not paid a pet dep.) abandoned a puppy on the balconey/walkway that we shared, and the children in the complex would torment my cat. There were a number of children who lived in the complex and who were not supervised by their parents or anyone else. The final straw was when the children living in the complex damaged the mail boxes causing the entire set of mail boxes to have to be taped shut. The mail boxes never really closed properly after the mail person delivered the mail. I actually witnessed the incident. I saw several children about 8 to 12 years of age pulling on the panell of the door which opens so that the postal service can access all the boxes at once. After the door broke and came open they began pulling out mail from the boxes and puting it in other boxes. I tried calling the "courtesy patrol" which the apartment complex claimed to have. I spoke with some one who said they would be there in a few minutes but they never showed up. The mail boxes were shut down for almost a month because of this forcing the residents to pick up their mail at the office. The management actually had the nerve to complain that we (the residents who witnessed the incident) had not tried to stop the kids.
