Still immigrants, drug dealers and hookers

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
nothing worse than horns honking all night, fiestas every weekend, drug deals constantly, and management that dosen't care. This place shows no improvement and is falling apart. Kids as young as 4 years old vandalize cars unatended in the parking lot and large ganges of drug dealers hanging in the parking lot all the time. This place is loud as hell all the time so don't expect any sleep.
