Place is very acceptable for the price, there are parties every weekend and the manager is the worst in the business, but the rest of the staff takes up her slack and you can't expect much for one of the cheapest places in town, as far as vandalism I have not seen any, there are a lot of kids running around unattended though, just don't park in the back corner where there are no lights.
