I have live in these apartments for a year and a half and I can say almost everyday I have a problem with my apartment. About 3 months ago alot of apartments had a problem with getting hot water and I called almost everyday about it and all the staff had to say was that they had already fixed the water but of course they lied. They say they have a gyn in the apartments but every since I lived here it's been closed. Their pools are almost closed 4 days a week and they want residents to buy a wrist band to be allowed to go swimming well I think that they can kiss my ass because it ain't worth it. I don't think this community is very safe at all because I hear gunshots and everyday I she a different car with a busted out window. If you plan to move here just ride through the apartment complex and look at the cars and see for yourself. There was a person shot and killed in these apartments that I know for sure of but I've heard there have been alot more but the management doesn't ever let us know. I know atleast once a week I see ambulance or police in the parking lot because of something that has happened and I'm hardly at home. Most of the residents who have kids just let them go outside tearing up things and people's cars and they throw balls, hitting windows. I could go on forever complaining these apartments but my fingers are getting tired and I am about to start packing up my things and move out of here.

I used to live there and when I lived there, Oh Boy! What didnt go wrong! Leaks, roaches, bumpy street, UN EXSPECTANT CHARGES, kids, poor service, and horable management. I could not belive what this apartment does have any tenates living there. I want to put the word out as much as I can to say DONT LIVE THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CREDIT. I will say that any tenate that is not hispanic dont expect any thing special. The apartment news is in spanish so if you dont know spanish dont bother finding out any thing thats going on with the place. The overall best about this appartment is that It has the greatest furniture store in town. You cant Pick your sofa, bed, or tv out of the fablous dumpstar out side your apartment. I learned one valuable lesson here, drive around, and through an apartment. ask tenates who live there, DO NOT TRUST ANY MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THE LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
