Rotting rats and crappy service.

Not a lot of money so I needed something cheap. A/C was out for 3 weeks in August. Dead rat behind my refrigerator for 2 days. Replaced my kitchen window with duct tape, kid you not. Washroom washers and dryers are usually broken. Neighbors are actually pretty friendly and have never had trouble with drugs or gangs or loud music. But 2 days of rotting dead rat is too much. Renter beware!!
