Wildwood has a staff that tries their hardest, but the complex is not up to par. The units are not well insulated and you can hear practically everything your neighbor does. Noise is a big issue, especially now that they are doing work on 183.

Security is a big problem for the complex. The entrance gate serves no purpose. People will find a way to get in eventually.

I have also had wasp and bug issues in my unit.

I would not recommend this complex. It wants to do better, but it has too many problems.
