Great Staff... Poor housing... bad neighborhood.

The leasing agents and Maitnance workers were great.
The apartments are older and poorly insulated. Our utility bill (electric) was outrageous! In our one bdrm apartment we were paying about $180/mo.
The apartments are just old. We needed to have several repairs done while living there. Everything got fixed very quickly but the place is becomming run-down.
The apartment looked great when we moved in, very clean. They were very good about keeping us happy. When our refigerator started leaking water they gave us a brand new one!
Wildwood is also not located in a very good part of town. There are always beggars at cameron and 183. I had even found some of them sleeping in the apartment complex behind my building. Didnt make me feel very safe.
If you dont mind high electric bills, having to get things fixed or the "homeless beggars"... i would reccomend the place.
