ok heres the deal, its not exactly the best neighborhood, but being 18 and a real daddys girl, it says something that he lets me stay here. So it cant be all that bad. I have a lovely apt. my utilities are low and i dont have to worry about maintenance. Those guys are top notch. I also got a helluva deal on rent price too, so that certainly does help color my perspective on this apt complex. It also has the benefit of being a short drive/10 minute walk away from the shortest UT shuttle route. (that means parking in the ITT tech parking lot) they dont mind though. all in all, id say this is a pretty good first apt for someone like myself, a poor college kid who doesnt really car about their car too much (hey i told you this wasnt the best neighborhood!)
