The staff is outstanding and the maintance guys work harder than any apartment I have ever lived in.
I have never had any issues with neighbors, noise, theft, etc.
It may not be the Four Seasons of neighborhoods-but the low rent, timely and attentive staff, and fair utlities make it feel like it is.

Management review. I can't say it strongly enough - DON'T LIVE HERE! I'm not bitter, I knew what I was getting into. I took a chance to save money. Don't make the same mistake I did. This place is SH**. The only true thing the management said was the maintenance guys work hard and that's true. The rest, mmmmmm!!! There are major issues with neighbors. They are lots of drug dealers. They don't have any respect for anyone else's space. It's noisy. Music is blasting, horns are honking, all in the early hours of the morning. There are lots of car thefts here. Think about where this place is - CRACK ALLEY. The utilites are real high. I never had a cow when I got my $100 water bill. They have security, but they do nothing. They would really have to enforce the rules if this place is to get better. They need to get better people here. I'm not talking about any specific races, just stop leasing to drug dealing scum bags. Roaches, roaches, roaches, ants, termites. This is bug hell. I hate this place. My lease runs out early next year and I'm moving to a decent neighborhood. Your security, sanity and bank account do not want you to live here...So don't PLEASE!!!
