Wildwood Apartments

O.K. place, crime problems, noisy... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This place is OK. Its repair is decent considering the place is over 15 years old. It's gated but they don't seem to help much. If you walk through the parking lot you will notice a lot of vandalized cars with patches over the windows (I'm the owner of one such car). And a few weeks back one of my neighbors had their rims stolen. Because of the construction at 183 the complex can sometimes have a serious noise problem, and the people who mow the grass like to do it early in the morning. Our electric bill has been hard to swallow, and the air conditioning never seems to cool the house. The staff is polite and the maintainence men are pretty good too. They came and repaired our pad once just for the stuff to break a day later, but that guy got fired. Overall I don't think I can recommend this place, and I would definitely not move back.
